Process

Dried blueberries are prepared in accordance with good manufacturing practices. They are obtained by removing moisture from fresh, ripe blueberries that have been previously selected and washed. The fruit is subsequently dried to specified moisture content in continuous air dryers. The finished dried fruit quality checked, visually inspected, and passed through magnets, and metal detectors before packaging.

The manufacture process is carried out under strict hygiene conditions, GMP and HACCP system CAC/RCP-1-1969, BRC Issue 7 and in complete compliance with the FDA as well as the European Union.

Shelf life and storage

12 months in unoppened packaging in dry(<60% RH) and cool place at 20ºC (70ºF) or below and without strong odours.
